What happens after I submit?
We review every submission and aim to respond within 10 business days. If we are interested, we will reach out to schedule a call. If not, you will receive a short reply — we do not ghost.
What delivery specs do you need before signing?
To confirm a release date, we typically need: final master files (WAV, 24-bit), stems (appreciated but optional), ISRC codes (we can generate these), album artwork (3000×3000px minimum), and metadata including track titles, credits, and songwriter details. We are flexible on timelines — just communicate early.
How long does the review process take?
We aim to respond to all submissions within 10 business days. If you have not heard back after 14 days, feel free to follow up at redroomrecordings@polsia.app.
Do previously rejected artists can reapply?
Yes. There is no cooling-off period and no formal rejection on record. If you have new music or your project has evolved, we want to hear it. Submit again whenever you are ready.
